3. AI and data
Where our products use AI (for example, the AI receptionist), responses are grounded in the business data of the account operating the product. Customer data is not used to train third-party models without consent.
4. Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship, then deleted. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@dzcloud.ai.
